Fall is here, finally, and we keep working on this project to make sure everyone can experience the best hemp boots ever made :-D
We wanted to provide you with an update on our ongoing production at the factory. Our team has been diligently working to ensure the utmost quality and precision in every process step.
We are focused on addressing any potential challenges with a proactive mindset and we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality even with some delays inside the factory that we keep monitorizing.
Here’s a sneak peek at the factory production, super satisfying right?
A few things that have been delaying the manufacturing:
- Fabric dying is not even because hemp is not a synthetic fabric. For that reason, the team spent extra time with cutting and matching pairs with similar color grading. This is something that has been happening with all our models and it makes every pair of hemp shoes unique.
- Extra glue tests to improve durability and waterproofing
- Linning has been upgraded with a new fabric with slightly more fur and better for the winter;
- Some components for the insoles have not yet arrived;
Some details you should know:
- We will start preparing labels in early November to pack the boots faster when they arrive at our warehouse so, those trackings will be updated on the platform sooner.
- Full Black version - we improved the logo to a mate style instead of a glossy one, it will be more discreet and simple.
SURVEY: surveys completed after today risk not being manufactured because all production quantities were calculated. If you have not received your survey yet, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
- STANDARD and EXPRESS SHIPPING - The plan changed butwe expect to finish production in the mid of November and to send everything via container to our destination countries. Express deliveries should arrive at the end of November/early December (depending on where you are). Standard orders should arrive in mid-December (depending on where you are). We are going as fast as we can while using conservative time-frames due to peak season (Black Friday, Christmas).
